Facility Operations/Security: Game Day/Event Staff
Clubhouse Attendant (Visiting) - Milwaukee Brewers (Milwaukee, WI)

Perform on field duties prior to, during, and after schedule Brewers games at Miller Park.  Assist in daily clubhouse operations consistent with Major League standards. Please note that you MUST live in the Milwaukee or surrounding area(s) during the season in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide common clubhouse services to Major League players as directed by the Home Clubhouse Assistant in the Brewer locker room or the Visiting Clubhouse Manager in the Visiting locker room.
  • Setup of dugout with necessary game equipment prior to the start of the game.
  • Responsible to maintain adequate supplies on the bench during the course of the game and cleanup debris from the dugout floor and steps.
  • Show enthusiasm and able to rapidly performing assigned duties during games.
  • Cleanup of the dugout and bullpen of all equipment and supplies at the conclusion of the game.
  • Perform post-game duties assigned at the direction of appointed Supervisor.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, with or without accommodation such as lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, and running short distances.
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.

Education and/or Experience

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills  

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.    

Other Skills and Abilities        

Candidates must have reliable transportation

Work Hours                                                 

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule.  Must be able to work extended hours, such as nights and weekends.

Event Manager (PCL) - Milwaukee Brewers (Milwaukee, WI)

Manages and coordinates activities of Performance Clean , LLC (PCL) workers engaged in cleaning physical structures of buildings and grounds by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Directs supervisors and workers engaged in the general cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows. May manage cleaning crews for pre-event, post-event, or during event
  • Orders cleaning supplies for assigned location
  • Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications, and standards
  • Coordinates final staffing levels in response to calls from customers
  • Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
  • Ensures compliance with all work place safety rules
  • Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
  • Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules
  • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew
  • Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problem
  • Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goal
  • Maintains time and production records
  • Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
  • Reports injuries and other incidents to appropriate PCI staff
  • Performs activities of workers supervised
  • Works at other PCL locations/contract sites as needed to relieve other Event Managers/Staff

Supervisory Responsibilities                                                

Directly supervises multiple employees. Carries out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience                                                

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training in the area of Janitorial/Cleaning services; prior supervisory or leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Computer Skills                                             

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software, Microsoft outlook, and Word Processing software. 

Other Skills and Abilities                  

  • Must be familiar w/ OSHA requirements and chemical handling.       
  • Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish and English).

Other Qualifications                                                  

Must be able to travel to other contract locations.

Event Manager must be available to work flexible hours to support business needs which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
